SIDE EYE AT THE BEACH / WORKSHOP 11 OF 12

Listen & improve.

Saturday 17 October · 13:00–14:00 · 60 minutes

Equal partners. Both shape the idea. Both make the thing.

OUR FOCUS

What should change based on the feedback we actually received?

Leave with: One evidence-led improvement and recorded before/after.

First, get on the same page.

Choose who facilitates this session; swap next time. Check energy, say what each of you wants from the block, and agree the output. Neither person’s skills give them the final say.

Questions for both of us

  • What should change based on the feedback we actually received?
  • What repeats?
  • Is it a problem with clarity, value, price or delivery?
  • What is the smallest improvement?

Make it happen

20 min collect feedback; 30 min one improvement or first fulfilment; 10 min update the log.

Use the step buttons to move through the timeboxes. Pause when you need to; a timer helps us focus, not rush each other.

We can move on when…

The change addresses a real observation, not a new pet feature.

If we get stuck

If replies are sparse, improve one observed usability issue and record the unanswered question for next week.

For a disagreement: two minutes each to explain, then choose the smallest reversible test together. For a bigger pause: agree when to return.

Our working space.

Capture the decisions and useful artefacts. You can keep messy drafts somewhere else; this is the trail we bring to Singapore.
